Leah's 2nd Christmas

We woke up and went down to Laurie & Louie's. And you would never guess who was there?

SANTA! The white bearded man with gifts and all, in REAL LIFE!

We hung out and opened gifts. Had a great time. Have it on video. I will have to get some of it up. AWESOME TIME. Louie missed him. Maybe he will get to see him next year.

Then it was off to Grandma's house we went.

Next we went to Abuelita Ivy's and had a great time. Lots of hugs and kisses!

After went to Abuelo Gil's. Where Leah proceeded to get MORE STUFF! Lucky little girl that she is. And Titi Lani came over with Kain.

Midnight Presents

Leah opened her first present. I got her pjs to wear on Christmas morning. I always got pjs. And the Care Bears are reminiscent of the same shirt pajamas I wore as a child.

We were fortunate enough to get a wonderful entertainment center from Ikea. Matt's parents got it for us for Christmas. IT ROCKS.

I had to do some work on the computer. Leah got tired of waiting. So she ate her snack and went right to sleep at my feet. Yes, I admit it. I am a bad parent. Before putting her in bed I snapped a picture.

I had tons of stuff to do today. Delilah's birthday party and I was cooking. I had work as well. So I didn't get to go over to Ruth & George's to dress their Christmas tree.

But Leah went with Matt and I got a bunch of pics to post.

Leah has already figured out how to use the dvd player. She is great with electronics. She can do what some people 40 times her age can't do.

Went to visit Leilani, Kain and Keith. Bert managed to take some pics of us together. It was hard. This was the best we could do. Notice the children ARE NOT looking at the camera. But at the Christmas tree.

After breakfast Leah watched some videos and danced around a bit.

Family Trip: Winterthur

Next stop was Winterthur. I could give you all the details of this gigantic estate but I won't. Instead I will just say this:

"If anyone would like to donate a mansion to the Leah Deller Fund I will accept it :D"

The place is beautiful.

Now the hotel had a king size bed. Leah loved every single bit of it.


Leah slept for most of the tour of Winterthur, well the first 75% or so. Then she woke up and tried to run around like a lil savage.

We also did a ton of shopping. I got some cute stuff at one of the museums. Some clothes.

Oh! And my wonderful winter coat that Ruth and George got for me :D

We had a great time. And Leah was wonderful, as usual.

Family Trip: Longwood Gardens

Ruth and George took us on another family trip.

This time around we went to Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Kitti and Guy were over and helped us decorate the tree. Delilah walked all over the place. Can't put into words how truly blessed we are to have such wonderful friends, and friends who provided us the perfect playmate for Leah! :P
