Family Photo Shoot

We did a family portrait photo shoot with the kids, Aunt Lindsay and Grandparents Ruth & George.

Boo at the Zoo

We visited the Bronx Zoo today for their 'Boo at the Zoo'. I am glad we did end up getting a family membership during our last visit. It is well worth it.

Ready for Halloween

Halloween is a pretty big deal around our house. Leah loves decorating the house to celebrate. Last year I didn't do much because I was pregnant. I promised to make it up to her this year. Originally we were going to do this gruesome zombie baby display but then after some thought we decided with the little kids in the community it may be best to tone it down.

This is a preview of the porch. We have one or two things to add to it.

Bronx Tales

We went to the Bronx today and visited with my family. Leah and Louis had a great time playing with my dad's bongos. Tio Ernie joined us in the drum lessons.



Leah has been asking for her own pair of maracas for quite some time now. Vivian got them for her.

Autumn Glory

We visited another local farm today. We went to the Original F & W Schmitt's Family Farm. They have a pumpkin patch, corn maze, u-pick veggies and other activities. We went for the pumpkin picking and ended up with pumpkins, eggplants, string beans and peppers.
