We usually go out for dinner with the kids but this year we decided to stay home. We made some red velvet cupcakes tonight to celebrate Valentine's Day.

Last Minute Valentine's Day Treats

Leah asked me at 8 at bedtime---the night before her Valentine's Day party about Valentines to give to her classmates for their classroom exchange. We'd forgotten all about them. We were all in for the night so I needed to come up with someone- non candy related. I remember seeing a few popcorn crafts recently and found one that worked for her class.
