On our second day the kids were happy to get and get ready for their day at the Magic Kingdom.
I won't forget Leah's face when she saw the castle as we walked down Main Street. It was five years since her last visit and the magic was still there.
Leah remembers quite a few things from our last trip. One of them was the Swiss Family Tree House. It is well down and all the details are fun to look at. The view at the top is nice too.
Ruth, George and Leah on the Magic Carpets of Aladdin. This was one of the rides Leah remembered from her last trip. It's a good ride for kids.
The area where Ariel is located was redone and we were looking forward to the new ride, Under the Sea Journey of the Little Mermaid. The "Little Mermaid" is one Disney movie our family has watched many, many times. A favorite of Leah's.
We had so much fun on all the rides. A top favorite was Splash Mountain. After a long day at Magic Kingdom we had dinner at the Crystal Palace with Winnie the Pooh and his Pals. They had a good selection of food, perfect for adults and kids. And you can't beat the entertainment.
After dinner we did a few more rides and then ended the night with the Main Street Electric Parade followed by the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular.
